  Terms and Conditions for Online Sales

1.1      SHIPPING COSTS & INSURANCE

  ALL TROLLBEADS PRODUCTS ARE SHIPPED AUSTRALIA WIDE AT NIL COST TO THE CLIENT.

  THE SHIPPING COST FOR ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS IS 10% OF THE INVOICE TOTAL.  FOR ACCOUNTING EASE THE 10% SHIPPING COSTS ARE CANCELLED OUT BY AUSTRALIA'S 10% GST, THEREFORE NO ADDITIONAL COST WILL BE ADDED FOR THE SHIPPING OF INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (WITHOUT INSURANCE/TRACKING).  If you wish to purchase Insurance/Tracking please go to the "Gift Certificates & Insurance Tab" .


                         123 Gifts - offer a Flat Rate Shipping fee of $10.00 on all Non-Trollbeads products

123 Gifts ship within two business days of receipt of cleared funds.  Australia Post regular parcel service or couriers are utilised depending on the delivery location.  Printed delivery times on the website are indicative only as we are unable to confirm exact delivery times from external parties.

Shipping Insurance is available for your goods, and can be located under the gift certificates and insurance category.

1.2             PRODUCT DESCRIPTION AND AVAILABILITY

123 Gifts aims to describe and display its products accurately online.  However, to the fullest extent permissible by law, 123 Gifts is not liable for inaccurate or out-of-date product descriptions.  Please note that the actual colours of products will depend on your computer monitor. The stock information displayed on our website is extracted from our real-time inventory management and order processing system. Our website is updated daily, therefore if our website indicates that an item is in stock, it generally means that it is.

1.3             ORDERS

No contractual relationship for the supply of a product exists between you and 123 Gifts until you have fully paid for the order.  Orders may not be altered without the written consent of 123 Gifts.  If 123 Gifts agrees to alter the order, you must pay any costs and expenses incurred by 123 Gifts in connection with the alteration.

1.4        RETURNS

123 Gifts will accept a return of goods within 10 business days of receipt of goods if you receive a damaged product, or a product that does not match the original order. The incorrect or damaged product must be returned to us within 5 days of advising us of the issue, contact 123 Gifts by email at amanda@123gifts.com.au or on Tel: 1300 123 438 during office hours, Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm (AEST) if you need to return any products.  Once receipted back into stock 123 Gifts will replace the product and pay the additional delivery charges. 

 

1.5        BACKORDERS

Backorders can occur when you purchase a quantity of products which is greater than available in stock or when you purchase a product which has been sold to another customer and our quantity information on the website has not yet been updated.  In the unlikely event that this occurs you will be notified either by phone or email to inform you of the expected arrival date of your goods on order.
