How much do you charge for delivery?

We only charge what Australia Post charge for the item to be shipped based on weight of product including its packaging.

Can I pickup the goods from your premises?

No.

Do you offer insurance on items being posted?

Yes we can, we will only charge you for insurance costs as set-out by Australia Post.

Is there a minimum order amount?

No.

What is the delivery time for orders?

Once we have received cleared funds your goods will be shipped within 2 business days providing the item(s) ordered are in stock.

Do you store credit card details?

123 Gifts does not store or ask for any credit card details.  Payments are done only through the secure and encrypted website of a 3rd party payment provider (EWay and PayPal)
